Daily maintenance and prevention recommendations

  1. Regular cleaning: Condenser (air-cooled fins/water-cooled heat exchange tubes), evaporator water side (chemical cleaning), filter (water/gas).
  2. Check water flow/pressure: Ensure that the cooling water and chilled water flow and pressure are normal.
  3. Check refrigerant: Observe the sight glass, record the operating pressure/temperature, and find abnormalities (such as bubbles, low pressure) in time to check for leaks.
  4. Check oil level/oil quality: (especially screw machines and piston machines) Replace lubricating oil and oil filters on time.
  5. Check electrical connections: Tighten terminals and check contactor contacts.
  6. Check operating parameters: Record voltage, current, high and low pressure, inlet and outlet water temperatures, etc., to detect abnormal trends in time.
  7. Regular maintenance: Perform professional annual maintenance according to the manufacturer's manual (check refrigerant volume, vacuum degree, replace dry filters, calibrate sensors, etc.).
